Use caution and get a second review
I took my older model BMW for a head gasket replacement and during inspection, it was found that my driver side fuel pump ( has 2 fuel pumps) was leaking and needed to be replaced. According to them, it was recommended I change out both but nothing was wrong with the passenger side fuel pump and I decided not to change. The next day, I picked up my car and paid over $3,000 for all of there services and went straight to fill up my gas tank and while doing so, I began seeing a lot of fuel leaking at the bottom of the gas tank. I called them the next day and took it in for review. According to them, it was now my passenger side fuel tank that needed to be replaced and it would cost $800 however, I came to find out that in order to change the driver side fuel pump, they had to remove the passenger side fuel pump. I ask them to please check their work to ensure everything was put on correctly and they said they did. After losing confidence in them, I decided to take it to another mechanic. It turns out I didn’t need a new fuel pump. The seal for the fuel pump was incorrectly put on causing it to leak when I had a full tank of gas (my initial assumption)The new mechanic charged me $100 to replace the seal. I will no longer be taking any of my cars there and would not recommend.
