I was not told the full details of the complimentary service; they do not tell you all you need to know before signing a lease. They want you to wait for a full year for FREE service if you don't have 8000 miles to qualify for THEIR SO-CALLED FREE SERVICE. Glad I leased and did buy this car. Never again!

Still waiting
My car stopped working a couple of nights ago so I had it towed to Suresky Hyundai which is the dealer I bought my car from just a year and a half ago . When I call I’m told it would be at least 5 days before they can even look at the car ..so I ask if they have a loaner and I’m told they cannot provide a loaner until they know what’s wrong with the car . So now your asking the client to have to live without a car , have trouble getting to work , bother others with providing rides , rent cars ( another expense ) etc and you think this ok to do to a client of yours ? You’re a car dealer and it’s your car that’s malfunctioning and you’re going to do that to the client ? No compensation whatsoever ? Ridiculous

Service
Service department is much to be desired. Completely unprofessional and very disrespectful. Will not be going back here for service or sales if I want to purchase another Hyundai. Honestly this place could be the only dealership within 100 miles that has the car I want, I will pass it up to avoid going there. Addressed the issue with the management team and nothing improved.

First Buying Experience was Easier than Expected!
I had came here from 2 other dealers that didn't meet my expectations. I had work with John Jaworowski who talked me through everything, helped with insurance, made sure I had a car that best fit my needs, kept me updated when waiting and was a great conversationalist! When it came to signing papers, Dusty Greer was a pleasure to work with! He gave great advice in regards to financing my first car and made sure I understood everything that I was signing. I had also worked with Lucas Carillo who walked me through all the features of my new car in high detail. He made sure i understood all the features and gave me a chance to ask questions when necessary. I appreciate all the efforts and service these gentlemen had provided and would have my stamp of approval in "First Car Buying Experience"!

Loving my new Ioniq 5 EV!!!
Jay went above and beyond to sell me my Ioniq 5. I was originally set on an SEL but was having doubts because I really liked the sunroof and bigger rims…he worked with me and got me into a limited which had everything I wanted including a plug on the inside of my car so it can be my mobile office! I will definitely be recommending Suresky’s and Jay to anyone I know!
