Fowler street location was great when I went there. On the other hand I recently brought my truck into the Port Charlotte location and was very disappointed. My truck had a bad battery when I had it towed there I already knew that, apparently they think a bad battery is a starter because that's what they replaced! The starter on my engine had absolutely no issues. I've bolted my battery and started it up many times before it got there. $400+ later they put in a new starter or so they say, I'm thinking I'll crawl under and see if it's new. I wanted my old one back to run a continuity test and ohm it out but it's missing...lol... yeah I've been ripped off! And when I picked up my truck it wouldn't start.. dead battery... place is scummy and this Tim guy I dealt with was very arrogant and unprofessional. I'm an ex crew cheif in the Air force I think I know about vehicles and I was definitely ripped off!! Stick with Fowler street location. Very good service there.
