They will not call you back. Called Kathy in finance 3 times this week with no answer. Evidently they never paid the old loan company. The old loan co. told me I would receive a refund in 3-4 days, it's over 5 weeks because of Suntrups horrible service. The first day I drove my car the engine light came on and the tire was squealing at every turn. They told me it would take 2-3 days for a bad part, it took 8 days. It took 10 days to get a service appointment. After reading the reviews I will never go there for service. 5 weeks and I still don't have my paperwork and my check. I WANT MY MONEY NOW!!! Very bad service!!
