The employees are all very friendly and seem to genuinely care about doing a good job. As a previous reviewer noted there is a little confusion about where to enter as there is no signage to guide customers to drive straight to the garage. There was also some miscommunitcation about the type of oil change I needed and prices. I did speak to Brandon after my appointment and he was very friendly and professional in giving advice for future visits. I definitely intend continue coming to have my vehicle serviced at this location.
I needed routine service and had to bring 2 kids under 4 with me. The dealership was clean, I had space to push a stroller around, and the staff went out of their way to help with snacks and getting me back on the road quickly. It was very appreciated from a frazzled mom!
I had a good experience but there were some things to improve on. The signage when driving into the service center needs improvement. I ened up on the West side of the building, oops. The service desk associate made things clear for me so that I know to drive up to the Service garage doors on the East side and they'll automatically open, cool. There were two desks in the Service garage and it wasn't clear which one I was supposed to go to, another improvment to make. The break room was nice and clean, internet was great, snacks and drinks were awesome but the shelves had random merchandise that seemed out of place. For reference, my service date was 8/26/2024
This was my first dealer service after a year of ownership. Just oil change and tire rotation. Nothing else has been needed in that year.
The service writer was friendly and didn't try to sell me anything the vehicle didn't need. The service was completed quickly and correctly. Great experience.
The advisor met with me right away and inspected the car. I was given an estimate on the time it would take to complete the service and the estimate was right on target. When service was completed, I was escorted to my vehicle after completing the paperwork and getting a thorough explanation of all services performed.
This is how service should be done always. Competent and thorough and friendly.
I recently had my Kona in for the 35,000 mile check up. The service was done efficiently while I waited in the comfortable, well supplied waiting to area. It was a good experience.
Came in for complimentary service plus a somewhat unscheduled warranty issue.
The online service website is limiting and frustrating. Automated interaction cannot react or respond in the same manner as human interaction. The service agent was able to address the warranty issue at the time of complimentary service negating the need to return in 6 days as required through the automated system. I was very satisfied with the agent who listened to and addressed my issues and the service rendered.
