Went the extra mile to keep an old lady in her old car
After multiple repair$ and much needed standard upkeep, atthe most recent work, the transmission supports were found to be broken and frail. For a 2003 Passat finding parts is not easy and yet they continued to search to find the parts they felt would be the better option than a make shift repair - at no additional cost after being disappointed that I would nt be able to drive the car safely without this additional repair. This was amazing. I am at the point of needing to decide at what point it becomes DNR for my sweet girl, but for now there's still a little life in both of us. THANK YOU TARP TEAM!**** 8 is superb for me

Maintancence inspection at the time of oil change
I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and maintenance inspection at 53K miles. The technician noticed the transmission fluid was getting dirty and had not been changed before. They were able to drain and replace the transmission fluid during the same visit. Regular maintenance of this kind could help prevent a costly transmission failure down the road! They were also able to repair a driving light that went out because a squirrel chewed the wiring...who would have thought!

Thorough and knowledgeable
I brought my 2004 Expedition in for a “Service Engine Soon” indication. The crew fixed the vacuum problems indicated by the warning codes and also alerted me to other problems they found. No pressure to fix them, but provided estimates if I chose to have them fixed. On one of the problems they even pointed me back to another repair shop that had recently done the work in case it was still under warranty. A very good experience, overall.

They diagnosed and fixed a very rare and complex problem
When my 10 yr old Buick Enclave wouldn't start and then after a jump not turn off, we were all shocked. They took the time and utilized resources to research and diagnose a very rare problem, came up with a solution and made sure everything was in good working order before I picked up the car. The Auto Repair Place is staffed with professionals I can trust and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

1948 Craftsman Hi-boy trailer repair
I brought in our 1948 Craftsman 4 x 6 Hi-boy trailer for service. The Auto Repair Place had replaced the original axle (which broke) with a 3500lb axle in 2011. One of the tail lights was out and it needed a wheel bearing service. They were able to complete the job in 24 hours and the trailer is as good as new again! Best mechanics and service managers around in my humble opinion!

Very Thorough
I can always trust the Auto Repair Place to thoroughly look over my vehicle and alert me of any findings. Whether it is taking my vehicle in for preventative maintenance or for an issue, I have peace of mind after they release the vehicle back to me. The technicians are excellent at troubleshooting issues, and the front desk staff (who have been there for decades) have always been courteous and competent.

I appreciate the Auto Repair Place and always going the extra mile.

Excellent place - talented, trustworthy, and kind
These guys are really good. Every time I’ve taken my car there, they’ve never failed to impress me. They’re honest about the issues, the pricing is reasonable, and they don’t talk down to me at all – they’re good people - my favorite repair shop right now hands down. Next time my car needs repair, this is where I will go – I won’t even look at anywhere else. I will recommend them to others as well…. EXCELLENT!!

Very friendly costumer service
Rated 5/5 for convenience and friendly costumer service. The over all rating of 3/5 because of slightly unprofessional results, consistently. I’m a loyal costumer and have been back several times but each time my car is worked on it comes back with grease on the seats, doors, and steering wheel. This place fixes your car and I havnt had a reoccurring problem but I don’t feel that they go above and beyond passably fixing the vehicle. The prices are slightly higher than average and I would expect a more clean finish for that increased rate. Overall though I will be going back.

These guys are very thorough. Good communicators. Lots of experience in the industry out front, and in the garage. I have a multi year history of satisfaction. I've got a 2005 Chevy Astro work van. They keep it going.
