Car Repair
We called in to see if they could troubleshoot the car. They would be able to get to it that afternoon. We had the car towed in, they analyzed the problem and had it fixed that afternoon. Fantastic service!

Blown Head Gasket...BOHICA!
A couple of weeks ago, I contacted the Iron Wrench regarding a possible blown head gasket. Derek fielded my call, discussed all my options, was polite, respectful, professional, and gave me clear/concise options of how things could pan out, including the costs (and potential costs) of each option. I liken the discussion with him regarding my vehicle like going to a doctor for an undiagnosed issue...it could be A, B, or C, and if any those occur you have choices/costs as they relate to each option. He was forthright with the costs of each option and I understood that the option I ultimately would chose may result in higher costs depending on what the end result was. Derek's priority was the best customer service at the best price with the need of the customer being #1. I chose to have them do the work, am VERY SATISFIED with the job done, would highly recommned The Iron Wrench, and was equally pleased at the final cost...they beat every other estimate I had done! Derek...thank you and your crew for being an honest/reliable shop, hard to find these days!
