Excellent work but worst customer service experience
I needed my battery replaced. I thought it would be a simple enough task, but received the worst customer service from the intake team. I can't believe a shop with such high standards for repairs allows this type of customer experience to book and pick your car. He was one of the worst individuals I've met in a long time.

I'm so happy they were recommended to me and I'll definitely be back
I needed a battery put into my car as soon as possible because it was down to 4%. I called them off for recommendation from AutoZone and I'm so happy I did because not only did they get my battery in for me the same day they were very pleasant and I thought was very reasonable priced. as someone who knows nothing about cars they made sure I understood everything they were going to do. I already know there's nowhere else I will be taking my cars from now on.

Can’t say enough about Steve’s car care. They’re upfront and honest about the work needing to be done to your vehicle. They’re not pushy when it comes to getting the work done, and are always informative about what needs to be done. Highly recommend anyone to use their service!

Was in a car accident and had to get insurance involved!!
Had an accident and needed car work. Got insurance involved. Steve’s helped with multiple businesses working on my vehicle. And helped to guide the process seamlessly. Lauren and Steve are an amazing team!

Their Word is True
Automobile maintenance is full of decisions & actions. Steve Car Care stands behind their word in estimating and repair. When they “dive into” the job unforeseen work can be discovered. Steve’s Car Care is honest as”the day is long.” They will make every attempt to be fair and honest. Their integrity and quality of service/work is paramount. I just keep coming back.
