Excellent Service Department
I had my IONIQ towed to Group 1 the day after I had it serviced at another dealership and was told it was fine. Heather listened patiently as I recapped the issues and took me step by step on how to get my car to Group 1. Heather coordinated having the EV tech who was going to work on my car come into the office and to clarify the issues with the car. He then provided a clear explanation of what he was going to assess on the car. Heather set up a loaner car and introduced me to my service advisor, Don. The issue with my car was corrected the same day (only a few hours later). The customer service was exceptional all the way around. I am now a customer for life!
