1st I want to say I absolutely love Hyundai Palisade! This is my 2nd vehicle bought from Ridge Delcambre. My first time experience buying from him exceeded my expectations. Very professional and patient.
Although this 2nd car buying experience was different, seemed liked a lot on his plate and too busy to help customer. Felt like I was being rushed, ignored sometimes and wasn't even there when I picked up my new vehicle.
Finance Manager Trevaun Frank was awesome. Very helpful and answered all my questions.
All in all just want to say thank you again Sterling Hyundai Team.

Had my car for over 4 months and aren't doing anything

I try really hard not to write bad reviews but it's important for buyers to know who they are dealing with. My son did a you turn on a back road and bottomed out our Hyundai ionic. We filed an insurance claim and brought the cash to Sterling...in February. They took about 3 MONTHS to fix it and the didn't fix the body. The back bumper peeled off on the way home from the dealership. They still have it. It's July 16th. They keep saying it's in the paint department. They won't answer us as to when it will be ready. They basically stole my car. So the take home is this, ionica are great until you need service and this dealership sucks.

I was told by Kelly Serb manager my car would b completely detailed , when I got my suv back still had food between the seats and the seat r very dirty still, I’ve been trying to get my rim fixed which I paid extra for, for a yr and half now, still isn’t done , I’m telling everyone I know not to ever go to y’all, and I’m turning u over to the better bus bureau

Today they sent shuttle service to pick up my car for bad EGR valve they picked up around 9 am promised I'd have it back by 5pm and it is not ready still! 4 1/2 hour job and my car is not done! So I am stuck at work with no vehicle because they don't care about us working people! Will not purchase again from them because of the issues with the service dept!

Absolutely horrible!
I purchased my car 3 years ago and every time I send it for service it is always an issue!!!!! Today was the worst after enough complaining they send a shuttle service to pick up my car before 9 am and guaranteed I would have my vehicle back by 5 pm. Well guess what no surprise there a 4 1/2 hour job and my car is still not completed. Now I am stuck waiting without a car at work. The service department is horrible!!!! I love my car but will not buy another hyundai from here!

Poor
The worst service department in Lafayette!!! You can make an appointment and still wait an hour or more for them to even get to your vehicle. The product is good but the service at this dealership is horrible.
Hate to say it but I will never buy another Hyundai solely based on the dealership’s service.

I purchased my Hyundai Sante Fe from Sterling 3 years ago. I bring it in for service when it’s time. My vehicle is very well taken care of and everyone is so nice. I would recommend Sterling.

My visit with Hyundai was amazing
My visit with Hyundai was very amazing. The salesman with the glasses was very helpful and informative during my visit and gave me hourly updates on my car each time it was transitioned into something else. I would recommend anyone to service their car here.

Very good experience they took care of my problem in a timely manner.
My experience was very positive from my salesman to the service department a really great attitude by everyone.The new facility is really beautiful and comfortable and very clean.
