Quick work and very well done
Robert took care of me, getting my van ready for a road trip, and telling me what I need to do down the road that's not urgent. Fitzgerald's is always fair and never sells you something you don't need. So glad we found this AAA-approved facility that we totally trust!
I am happy with the politeness of the people at the front desk.
However when I got home I discovered a sticker on my left front windshield that stated mileage beyond what is currently on my car. Also a date in November which is incorrect.
I don’t like it when because I am an older person people think I am stupid and don’t know what is going on.
I discovered a small screen on my back seat and I don’t know where it’s from although some work was done there. There is an item in the front as well but where it’s from is unknown to me.
I left a locking device somewhere in the car so now I’m unable to lock my car. I will be bringing my car by in the next couple of days to resolve these issues.
I came in to do my smog check. John, the service manager was kind, courteous, and got me in and out very quickly. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, trustworthy and informative.
Came in for an oil change. John and the crew got me in and out in no time. As always they did a thorough inspection and pointed out those items that need my attention. Thanks guys!
EVERY THING ABOUT FITZGERALDS IS FIRST CLASS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE COMMUNICATIONS AND THE WORK ON YOUR CAR IS THE BEST. I'VE BEEN GOING THERE FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.
