DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! PLEASE dont make the same mistake I did. I trusted them to be knowledgble and experienced and they took advantage of me and will not stand by their work. I got my car back and it broke down a week later due to faulty workmanship. It was overfilled by two quarts of transmission fluid and they were negligent in their inspection of my vehicle. They missed obvious problems that were easily identified and fixed by the next mechanic I hired. Save yourself the trouble. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM.

Again I have reached out to Mr. Leonard and have answered his phone calls. But he will not let me speak. He has called countless times to yell at us and will not allow us to get a word in to try to resolve these issues he claims to have with his vehicle. Again it is hard to talk with someone that talks over you and makes threats the entire time when he calls. He has chosen instead to put disturbing reviews about our company to any venue he could find. Frankley I have no idea that his claims are genuine. He would not allow us to warranty the serpentine belt. I understand he feels that he does not want to bring his vehicle back to us, but we were never given the opportunity to make it right. I have no proof that his vehicle was repaired elsewhere and he will not allow me to speak. I've tried and I am done listening to him yell on the phone. I wish him well and if we would have had the opportunity, we may have been able to satisfy his concerns. Beth Strickland @ SS Auto Centers.
