Regarding your battery, as part of our complimentary inspection the technician load tests the battery and includes the results in the inspection report with a photo. The battery failed the test and it's recommended the battery be replaced soon. We do not add battery fluid, as most vehicle batteries are "maintenance-free", and often sealed with no removable caps. In response to your concerns over labor being expensive, our labor rate is anywhere from 10% to 50% less than our competitors, and many independent shops will not or cannot work on the same vehicles as us. We charge per the book, which is a standard Labor Guide from Mitchell1.
