Poor Customer Service
If you're an insurance agent don't expect any customer service for paperwork needed. Seems the salesperson gets paperwork they need and decide to ghost you after several emails and calls. Management wasn't any better. No one either listens to voice mail, or they just don't want to be bothered because the sale has been made.
