Jimmy
It’s rare that you decide on a car salesman before deciding on a car. However, after watching Jimmy (The Greek) Dounoulis, from Sport Hyundai interact with my girlfriend, I decided that if I ever traded in my truck, I would get a Hyundai from Jimmy. This is based her experience with Jimmy. She wanted to upgrade to a Hyundai with a larger trunk. Jimmy showed her all the models, and quoted the cargo space. I also liked the fact that he talked to her and not me. She bought her second Kona from him.

So, when it came time for me to retire my truck, I went to Jimmy to talk about getting an SUV. I had pretty much decided on a 2025 Santa Fe Hybrid. Jimmy went over the trims available and the extras you could get with each. I decided on the Limited trim. Sport Hyundai gave me a good price for my truck. Jimmy arranged for a black Santa Fe to be delivered from another dealer. It came in the next day and was beautifully detailed when I picked it up. Jimmy spent the next hour going over every control on the car. We talked about my preferences and he programmed them in. I drove away with the car of my dreams.

All in all a great salesman and a great dealership.

Excellent to deal with
Have leased two Hyundai Sante Fe’s for six years from two other dealerships in Florida. Lease was coming due so I stopped into Sport “just to look” at new models. Had used them for routine service before while in NJ during the summer. They were a pleasure to deal with and I ended up leasing a 2025 Tucson since I did not care for the redesigned Sante Fe. From Nino Narvaez my salesperson, to Chris the Finance manager and Melvin who handled my trade-in, they were just great.

Great Experience at Sport
We just leased a Sonata from Sport Hyundai.
A very nice gentleman met us at the front door. His name is Nino Narvaez and he made the whole experience easy, stress free and a pleasure.
We highly recommend Nino Narvaez at Sport Hyundai, he was really knowledgeable and also a great guy!
And he introduced us to Chris Petrone who was so helpful in securing our lease.

Getting a new car
I went to Sports Hyundai back in 2018 and had a great experience. I came back and met Mathew who was very helpful! He showed me all my options and different scenarios that led me to make the best decision for me. I appreciate all his help and felt right at home. No pressure, got everything I wanted. I want to shout out as well Dale who at the end also made me feel good about my decision. I would recommend anyone to come to this dealership if they’re looking to get a car no matter what their situation is at the moment. I appreciate all they have done for me back in 2018 and now.

Third Palisade from Sport Hyundai
We were happy to meet our salesman, Jimmy Dounoulis. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We felt comfortable speaking with Jimmy and asking him questions. He realized I have a hearing problem so he made sure I understood as he explained the functions of each button. There were new buttons I had to get familiar with. Jimmy was very patient and I never felt rushed and he said to call him if I forget something. I trust Jimmy and feel confident we made the right decision.

My Great Experience at Sport
Just leased my second Tucson from Sport Hyundai. The whole experience was a pleasure. As I was walking around the lot, I was immediately greeted with a warm smile by Sal DeRose, who proceeded to show me the Tucsons he thought I would be interested in. Once inside the dealership Sal made the whole process simple and stress free. (I didnt feel at all like I was going through the dreaded car purchase experience) Dale was also extremely helpful during the Financial process. Before long I was driving away in my new Tucson feeling "What a nice experience that was!" Remember to ask for Sal when going to Sport Hyundai for your next car.

Just trades my 2017 Sante Fe for a 2023 Sante Fe Hybrid
Just upgraded my 2017 Sante Fe Sport Ultimate for a 2023 Sante Fe Limited Hybrid. I was 1 day away from bying from another site when Nick, the sales manager called and woke me up saying that I should come in for a great deal. Doing my due diligence I did stop by and delt with John Breder. He was extremely knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. With his and Nicks help we were able to hash out a deal that was mutually acceptable. I am exceedingly happy with my new car and all the great people I dealt with to make it happen, finance, Nick, and especially John Breder who gets a big A+.

Overall great experience!
I recently went to Sport Hyundai to purchase a 2024 Hyundai Venue. There were lots of nerves as this was my first time financing a car, however, the staff at this location made the process as easy as it possibly could have been. I worked with John Breder and Chris Petrone and they were extremely friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. I would recommend both John and Chris as well as the overall location as the place to assist you in the car-buying process!

Broke things in my car while in for service
Manager looks dirty and unkempt! They had my car for a week and I found they broke my radio button I had no seatbelts and my window washer was broke. I wouldn't buy a pair of roller skates from these clowns. Never saw such poor customer service.

Dishonest and incompetent
As a disable veteran suffering with PTSD, I require reliable transportation to move around, and for work related purposes. On July 8th, I took my vehicle to this business for repairs, the issues were and continue to be, loss of acceleration, and power while driving, violent shaking and RPM surges while on idle or parked.

Sport Hyundai kept my vehicle for almost 30 days, in which they gave me little to no updates, while disregarding my request for a loaner, or rental vehicle.
The staff was very condescending, rude and short each and every time I reached out for updates, always telling me not yet, call again tomorrow.

Finally, on August 8th, they called me to pick up the vehicle, I was very excited to finally drive again, since I had to rely on both public transportation(due to my PTSD, I have a hard time in crowds) and friends to move around.

On the 8th, around 10AM, I paid sports Hyundai $2,280.32 in full, trusting their expertise and professionalism, and believing that this ordeal was behind me. Unfortunately, after driving the vehicle less than 12 miles, it broke down again, lost all power in the middle of traffic, displaying every issue I had taken the car there for.

This happened twice, during busy traffic hours, which did not help at all with my anxiety levels, and frustration since they had just given me a vehicle that they clearly had not road tested at all. I was then forced to call upon a tow truck, at my own expense since this business did not even have the courtesy to help me with their own mistake and incompetency.

Today, I have taken the vehicle back for the 3rd time, and they simply keep charging me for further repairs that have nothing to do with the original issue, and continue to move the goal post. They refuse to acknowledge their lack of ethics, and morals and I feel extremely used and taken advantage of.

Simply following their so called guidance, they tricked me into spending thousands of dollars in not only unnecessary, but ineffective work.
