Absolute Worst Service Department
This dealership has the worst service department I have encountered in my 50+ years of driving. I bought my car in for simple preventative maintenance service that was estimated to take 2 hours. I agreed to additional service supposed found during the complimentary check which also would take about 2 hours supposedly. After 5.5 hours spent waiting around the dealership, I started asking for my car. I got my car at the 6 hour mark with one service still not completed. Now the car has an ABS brake problem that it didn't have before. I suspect it is due to the sorry work of the service department and will look for verification from another dealership so I can take legal action against Southern States. Brandon is a terrible service technician who specializes in gaslighting female customers.
