Amazing Volvo Service!!!
My V90 has been having water issues that the dealership couldn’t even diagnose, and the team at RS is awesome and did it and has even been kind enough to check on it a few times afterwards. They are super informative and honest and great to work with. I wouldn’t take my Volvo anywhere else!

Had an issue with hydraulic hardtop.
As usual, Mark was informative and helpful. He always takes the time to discuss options and explain recommendations. When there’s a problem (rarely), Mark makes every effort to make it right.

Got it done right!

Vehicle Service
They have been doing routine maintenance/service on my 2019 Infiniti QX50 for a couple of years now. Service was less expensive than the dealer where I bought the car (no surprises there!).

On my latest service, the fasteners for the under car engine cover aged & failed. They tried to fasten them with ties, but the cover actually came loose shortly thereafter. I took it back to them. The owner Mark was exceedingly cordial & professional about the issue. The cover was still usable/functional, so he ordered the fastening hardware (plastic screws really) from the dealer & fixed the problem, plus timely, less than 24 hrs! And then didn't charge me anything, said his guys should have noted the fastening issue & included that in the post-service write/up.

Essentially an honest long-term approach to customer service; not about a few dollars near-term. Great to see people in this business who are reputable, b.c I've had multiple experiences with MANY who are not!

Re-servicing for the same part
The consumer does not have the money to keep servicing the same part over and over again. Those who work on our cars, they are supposed to be the experts, we don’t know that much about the parts they are putting in our cars. We want to trust them those who work on our cars. I feel like Reeve-Smith has failed us and I want be coming there again.

I am sorry that you conitinue to have a problem with your car. We have been using an aftermarket catalytic converter at a much lower cost than orignial equipment parts, and have found that they are not up to par. We have offered to install new original equipment converters on your car and only charge you the difference between the parts cost and no labor charge. We feel that this is the best course of action.
