Janet said this business does excellent work, but every time she would call about her vehicle, they would tell her different dates, and different reasons the vehicle was not done. There was no promise date on her vehicle, but she was told it was taking so long, due to a parts delay. She was not kept updated until the end of the visit, and the gentlemen that prepared her estimate did not give an accurate estimate.

Troy said this business did really good work and they waited for the parts to come in for his vehicle before he even dropped it off so he did not have to wait. His vehicle was a day late because he dropped it off a day late and there was nothing for him to be kept informed about during the repair.

Spoke with Christina. She said the business had great customer service and they did a good job. They did not get started working on her vehicle until after 2 months of her vehicle being there. She was unsure why they did not start on her vehicle sooner, but they apologized and she was happy.
