Untrustworthy, rude staff
This is my 3rd dealership I've ever purchased a car from and so far its the worst and I'd never do business with them again.. Frank threw fiance manager and Frank #2 through General manager are very rude individuals and they do not care about their clients do not be fool by their fakes smiles and handshakes. Also pay attention to what you are signing. They will add "additional warranties" that you do not need without your permission that could add upto an additional 6k to your bill of sale. They also filed my registration wrong delaying my process to use my car for work. I drive with Taxi limousine commission. Therefor causing me not being able to work for 5 weeks. Without letting me know whats going on.
Don't trust them. They also lie about rebates !!!

MY CAR WAS UNFORTUNALTY TOWED DUE TO BLUE SMOKE COMING OUT OF THE EXHAUST, MY HUSBAND DID NOT WANT TO RISK THE ISSUE SO I HAD CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY ON AUG 4TH AND THEY DIRECTED ME TO THIS DEALERSHIP. IN THE BEGINING THEY LET US KNOW THAT CHANGING THE OIL AND CLEANING THE INJECTORS WOULD SOLVE THE ISSUE ON THE CAR. THEY NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME AND NEVER OFFERED A LOANER EVEN THOUGH I ASKED A MILLION TIMES FOR ON THEY SAID " MAYBE" THEY CAN PULL SOME STRINGS. I TALKED TO THE CS REP PETER WHERE I ASKED WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CAR. PETER TOLD ME THEY ARE SERVICING MY CAR BESIDES THE OIL CHANGE AND INJECTORS TO DIAG THE ISSUE. THEY ESSENTIALLY DID 10 HOURS ON THE ARM LOOKING AT MY CAR WHICH I ASSUME ITS HERE AND THERE BEING LOOKED AT. PETER PROCEEDED TO TELL ME NOW HE HAS TO CHARGE ME 4 HOURS EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME THEY ALREADY LOOKED AT IT FOR 10 HOURS. I CALLED PETER OUT AND LET HIM KNOW I THINK IM BEING LIED TO AND PETER GOT PRETTY CONFRONTATIONAL AFTER I CONFRONTED HIM. I WAS FINALLY PASSED OVER TO IAN THE ASST SERVICE MANAGER WHO BASICALLY TOLD ME HE WILL HANDLE IT FOR ME AND IT WILL BE ON THE ARM AND HE SORRY FOR THE ISSUES. THIS WAS BEFORE LABOR DAY, I HAVE YET TO HERE FROM IAN. I CALL ABOUT EVERY OTHER DAY AT THIS POINT BECAUSR IT WAS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS OF NOT KNOWING WHERE MY CAR IS. IRONICALLY I CALL AND THEY KNOW ME BY NAME IM PASSED TO A VM OR A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR. I HAD TO CALL FROM A DIFFERENT PHONE TO TALK TO SOMEONE AND YET AGAIN I AM TOLD ILL BE CALLED BACK. WHICH I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK AFTER LABOR DAY, THEY CALL MY HUSBAND WHO IS NOT EVEN INVOLVED IN THE SITUATION WHEN I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM TO CALL ME. MY CAR IS STIL NOT FIXED AND STILL NOT BEING TOLD THE DEAL. ITS VERY FRUSTRATING ESP WHEN I AM THE CUSTOMER AND IM ASKING FOR ANSWERS. I HAVE ESCULATED THE SITUATION TO HYANDAI NATIONAL AND HAVE COWORKERS WHO WITNESSED MY GRIEF OF THE SITUATION, AT THIS POINT EVERY EMPLOYEE PROBABLY KNOWS ME. I EVEN GOT FROM THE FRONT DESK ANSWERING WOMAN, " THEY CALLED YOUR HUSBAND, DONT YOU LIVE TOGETHER AND COMMUNICATE" WHICH ACTUALLY BLEW MY MIND. I EVEN TOLD THEM I WILL SEND LAW ENFORCEMENT IN, ALL I LEGIT WANT WAS A CALL BACK AND ANSWER AND IM GETTING NOTHING. SO FAR THSI COMPANY HAS ONLY CAUSED ME GRIEF AND IM SO SO SO UPSET ABOUT THE SITUATION WE ARE ALMOST AT 2 MONTHS WITH NO OUTCOME. I AM SO BEYOND UPSET.

Very poor customer service

They showed me 2 cars in 3 weeks time and a day before pick up they sold them to someone else and totally denied the comments and when I called the sales person he hung up on me.
I had very bad experiences with sales person TJ and Jonathon Ulloa.
Now I am trying to get my deposit money $500 back and they don’t even answer the phone call and keep telling me “ we will contact you soon”
It’s been weeks and I’m struggling to get my money back from them.
Please be careful with this dealership’s business.
I feel all Hyundai are same. I will recommend better car companies.

Didn’t do the work they said
I just got my car serviced today(5/8/2021) and they were supposed to do services recommended for 37,000 miles. I had a 10am appointment and I was waiting on line for about 20 minutes to drop my car off before a service man finally came to take my car so I could leave. Part of the services for cars at 37,000 miles were supposed to be tire rotation and leveling off my tire pressure. After around 3 hours they alerted me of issues they found that they said “requires attention immediately” to get done and that they completed all the basic services for a car at 37,000 miles and asked for me to confirm if I wanted them to fix the issues they found. I approved the charges for the issues they found which was over $1200 total. After another 3 hours they called me to let me know my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. After paying and getting my car back I was driving home and noticed all my tires air pressure were bad. One tire was at 31 psi, two were at 39 psi and one was at 37 psi. I don’t understand what they did. When I got home it got even worse as I was examining my tires, I noticed they didn’t even rotate my tires! This all makes me wonder and question if they did half the work they claimed! How could they charge me over $1200 and some of the more simple tasks couldn’t even get done which is what I originally made my appointment for?! This is unacceptable! I tried calling Joseph Kaufmann the service manager after noticing all this but there was no answer! I am beyond annoyed with the service I received.
