Botched lease
Do not fall into the trap of all nice and great when it comes to sales. Unfortunately when problem arise after sales, these guys are same as other service providers. I had leased ioniq5 in 2023, last month I returned it under “pull ahead “ program with 2 payments left. They gave me new Ioniq5. Now month into it, i get bill from bank to pay 2 remaining payments for previous lease. Icalled the sales guy who I was told no longer works at SBH. So I went to dealership and asked for help. They said give us 2 days. 4 days later, my calls are ignored, the guy who told me two days is not coming on the line, i was told he is “busy” in meetings. Now I have to go there and sit there till issue is resolved. Its the issue created by dealership for which I have to spend time and get off work to resolve it.
