I first arrived at soulless with my car in desperate need of a tune. I had talked with other tuners so I didn't expect much as they were overly expensive and very cold, don't seem to care about the customer. Got in the shop, had an actual conversation and they took into account my situation, worked with my on the other installations I needed to do, told it to me straight. Excellent customer service and integrity. I recommend them to everyone.
These guys are awesome! I brought my Infiniti q50 in to have them install my tein lowering springs and the we’re honest and fairly priced better than anyone I was quoted from. I will be back here for everything needed on my car and would refer them to anyone! Places like Soulless Performance are hard to find. Give them a shot you’ll be happy you did.
I contacted soulless performance after contacting two previous shops. They totally earned my business from the get go.. I heard very good things about them and they did not disappoint. The staff was super nice and informative and very efficient with time. They installed my lowering springs on my Q50 and noticed that my rotors and pads were extremely worn in the process.. I had just purchased the car and knew the brakes didn’t feel good but didnt know how bad they were. So they notified me and they ordered the rotors and pads and installed those along with lowering my car in the same day. They knew this was my daily and made every effort to accommodate me. I can’t say enough good things about them. This was my first time there and will be back anytime I need the Q50 worked on. Thanks guys!?
