I brought my truck in to get it fixed, and I got it back with another issue
I brought in a 2012 dodge ram 1500 to get a misfire fixed. The shop gave me a call saying the ECU went bad and waited a couple weeks for a new one to get programmed and installed. They got in the wrong ECU and without telling me directly installed a poor quality ECU in my truck. On top of all of that, my truck came back with a ticking noise in the engine. Maybe giving them a deadline was wrong on my part, but better service and communication could have been executed here.

Aaron Reese, I am sorry that you are not satisfied with your truck up to this point. Maybe there has been some confusion since we were communicating with your mom for these repairs. It is true that your ECU came in incorrect from the company. We had an ECU available at the shop to temporarily install so you were able to pick up your vehicle and have it until the replacement comes in, so your repair is not all the way complete at this point. I think it may have been a better relfection of the work to leave a review once your repair was 100% completed. I spoke with the tech and they heard no ticking noise yesterday before you picked it up, and this review is the first time we are hearing of it from you. Their is still a warranty through the supplier, so if there is something going on it would be covered. Steve is going to give you a call, because I think a phone call may be best to discuss and clear some of this up. Thank you for being a customer and I hope at the point of completion we can meet your expectations for this repair!
