Mr. Umstead. I am sorry that you are disappointed with your service, but maybe there was some confusion. Your vehicle was brought in for an oil change and a "check coolant" message that was on. We performed the oil changed, and found that your coolant was low. We also did a pressure test but did not find any leaks at this time, so your coolant was filled to the appropriate level. We did inform you(a note on your invoice and told verbally on the phone) that your other light was on. The vehicle is actually still at our shop to look into the check engine light and to replace the fuel tank. Thank you for allowing us to service your vehicle and if you need any further clarification I am certain that one of our service advisors would be happy to speak with you.
