Horrible customer service
Your customer service is atrocious. Why is every setting in my car changed plus items in my car have been trashed through. My family and I (4 generations) have lived here since the 70's and never dealt with such horrible service. I'm furious and so is my family. We will give you the review and recommendations you deserve!

Great Work
Struck a Deer did damage to the front end, Sons Collision did an outstanding job as I did not notice my Lexus upon completion.

Scam artists
Please do not take your car here, save yourself the trouble. What should have been a relatively quick fix after my doors were damaged in an accident dragged on for over 2 months. After ordering the wrong part and finally fixing the car I went to pickup and the check engine light was on, a rodent had moved in under the hood of the car (they kept it outside with the door unlocked as well the entire time they car). Equally bad they took the memory card from the car’s center console and then lied to me saying it came in like that (100 untrue, fully functional when dropped off). There are multiple reviews online slamming them for poor service, then they will give you attitude when you bring up the issues to try and scare you off. These are bad people who do not deserve your $, buyer beware

Excellent Shop - phenomenal customer service!
I was in my first car accident ever about 2 weeks ago. Son’s Collision took great care of my car and kept me updated constantly through phone calls and text messages. The repair is impeccable and they returned the car to me with the interior cleaner than when I dropped it off to them! I would recommend them and their shop to ANYONE in need of services they offer. 10/10!
