Horrible service
Hyundai team all around only cares about their pay day. I have had a few safety concerns with tires and brakes since the purchase. They told me if within 30 days I had issue or concerns they would take care of it. THEY ARENT. they have minimized my concerns and brushed me off as if their half theory is enough for a returning customer. When I have kindly addressed 4 of their team members about the issues, and they don’t care!! I have gotten second and third opinions from other mechanics who say at best my brakes and tires are at 30% life. And when I brought this up to Hyundai they said well we don’t just replace brakes and tires just like that, and they’re passable. NO! Unacceptable, passable to Hyundai just so they can sell a car. Unbelievable, unacceptable, and not living up to their word! I do not refer or recommend.
