Horrible service
Hyundai team all around only cares about their pay day. I have had a few safety concerns with tires and brakes since the purchase. They told me if within 30 days I had issue or concerns they would take care of it. THEY ARENT. they have minimized my concerns and brushed me off as if their half theory is enough for a returning customer. When I have kindly addressed 4 of their team members about the issues, and they don’t care!! I have gotten second and third opinions from other mechanics who say at best my brakes and tires are at 30% life. And when I brought this up to Hyundai they said well we don’t just replace brakes and tires just like that, and they’re passable. NO! Unacceptable, passable to Hyundai just so they can sell a car. Unbelievable, unacceptable, and not living up to their word! I do not refer or recommend.

In love with my Palisade!

Horrible Service Dept
This is by far the worse service department and dealership I have dealt with. I purchased a car in March and every-time I have had to have my car serviced they have been rude, and acted like I was causing an issue. Most recently I moved to Florida and when I went to go have my car serviced found out that my complimentary service had been used on another car at this location. When I called to have the issue solved, I was laughed at by the general manager and told that it was no “big deal” and that they could fix the issue even though I was 1800 miles away. I would not recommend this particular dealer to anyone, drive the extra time to find a better one than actually cares!

Horrible downright disrespectful Customer Service
I cannot say it loud enough, do not go here. They do not care whatsoever for their customers. I was going to put off my review, but I am beyond angry so I'm leaving a review. The only reason I will give 1 star is because I like my vehicle that I spent a couple weeks searching for. I bought a 2019 KIA Sorento EX, 37K miles. Fell in love with it. Bought it on 7/18 because of their delays (which was frustrating) and such I took ownership on 7/21/2022. When I bought it it had a crack in the rear bumper. They said they would fix it but their subcontractor in Manchester NH could not get to it until Mon 8/1 and I would drop it off at 9:30 am, they would have it until 8/4 to fix the crack, which come to find out it would be driven over a mile there and back to the dealership, I left it with a full tank of gas, got it back with a little over a half tank. Go to pick it up, crack is nicely fixed, get in the vehicle. Empty water bottles, paper trash, debris from their work on fixing it throughout the vehicle, get home, there are 2 pieces of chocolate melted into my back rug and into the pores of my LEATHER seats, the vehicle was completely trashed. Ok, so I clean it, I'm super laid back, was going to go about my business as I use my vehicle for rideshare, my work, go to back up and Huge Warning sign MASTER WARNING LIGHT pops up immediately, they trashed my back sensors, had it for 4 days and couldn't even fix it and give it back to me in the condition I gave it to them. So, now, I have a trashed and broken vehicle. We contacted them yesterday after all this, said they would rectify immediately and give me a call first thing this morning. Here we are, 12:36 PM on Friday 8/5, not a peep, I matter not 1 bit to them. I am beyond furious. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!!!!

Got inspection and overdue work done
Sorry for the delay. I've been busy. In January 2022 I got my 2014 Hyundai inspected & it passed with flying colors. But, there was overdue maintenance which I was aware of but kept putting off. So, the service person got it all together as I waited and within 2 hours the car was mine again. The rate was reasonable and the work completed perfectly, meaning no going back for a re-do. I like Somersworth Hyundai and highly recommend them for all your service needs.

Hyundai the best car for my families!
Before my families was Audi families! They always bought that car since I entered in the families; I drove Hyundai car and I started with my husband I recommended him to buy Hyundai and than my parent in law Finally all the families bought Hyundai!

The interior inside the car very nice! And the outside model is never outdated style! And performance of the Car is very good! And the time of service the car is on time; I got reminder by the txt and the car itself remind me in dash board said maintenance reminder! Iam happy with Hyundai. Thank You

Got more and important info from the service Manager which was needed.
Had questions on the findings and repair of my Santa Fe sport. The service manager resolved these questions satisfactorily. I will be returning to Somersworth Hyundai for servicing of my vehicle when needed.
