While my vehicle was in their custody:
Catalytic converters were stolen from my car while on their property.
They gave false assurances that repairs were complete.
When I arrived to pick up the car, it was unsafe to drive, missing critical parts, and I was verbally abused by their staff.
They refused to complete promised work unless I paid extra for parts they claimed were not included.
I lost an entire day’s wages, plus additional money for out-of-pocket repairs and travel.
This is beyond negligence — it is blatant disrespect for customers and their property. Solo Motorsports Atlanta, LLC is unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe. I trusted them with my vehicles, and they not only failed to complete the work but stole, lied, and endangered my safety.
Do not take your car here. If you value your time, money, and sanity, take your business elsewhere.
