Brought in my mower for a tune up and self propelled transmission repair. After evaluation, I determined it was more cost effective to buy a new mower than to repair the old. Somehow we miscommunicated. When I went to pick up the mower we found that it had been completely repaired and refurbished. Without hesitation, Sohars apologized for THEIR error and even though I offered to pay for the repairs, they adamantly refused any compensation for their work. Now that’s how you make things right! Few businesses take that kind of responsibility for their work anymore. I will not take my business anywhere else from now on!
