Amazing
10/10 experience. A quality honest and reliable mechanic is hard to come by these days. As a woman I feel like I always get screwed over upon picking up my car and the issues still persisting. Cars running amazing and I couldn’t be happier. The girl who helped me at the front desk was AMAZING such an angel so sweet and easy to communicate with.

Poor service
Horrible service rude to my family members who are older the lady specifically, and slammed my keys when I went to pick up my vehicle and had and attitude as expected.

I trust them. I am told what needs to be done now and what can wait. There is no upsell and no pressure. I know when I leave my car is safe to drive. Even though I no longer live around the corner I am still going there for service

Yearly inspection
I was told that my car could not pass inspection because my rear brake pads were pitted. 2 yrs prior, a different inspection station supposedly replaced my brakes, pads etc. I paid for the work to be done but feel unsure about the need for replacement.
The next day on the highway I noticed my hood moving up and down and realized it was not closed tightly. I had to find a spot to pull over, very difficult, and tightly close my hood. I could have had a terrible accident if the hood blew up into the air while I was driving.
