Head Off At the Pass
I’ve been a patron for too many years to count. I recently had my car inspected which passed, but they pointed out a minor inexpensive problem that if left not repaired it could escalate into a major and costly problem. I like it that they “head things off at the pass” to keep me from having major problems down the road. In addition, they saw that I had a nail in my tire that they fixed at no cost. Something else for which I wasn’t aware. I have always had peace of mind when having my car serviced here. They keep their highly trained mechanics up-to-date on the latest state-of-the-art and certifications. I sleep better knowing that my car is in the best of hands as I travel across state lines on a regular basis.

One issue with service
Everything was done well and Reception was pleasant and helpful but the hood of my car was left open and I found out about it halfway home. That could have caused a nasty accident.

Problem fixed
Been using Shenandoah for more than 20 years. They have and continue to offer great service. Between my two vehicles, I have 311,000 miles on the cars. They help keep the engines both vehicles in good shape.
