My young son went in for what they called a "courtesy inspection" and was taken for over $450 by these guys for 4 new sparkplugs. They even tried that old cliché BS of 'We can't let you leave with the car in this condition' to strongarm him.
Giving them 1-star because they do seem to know how to install sparkplugs at least. I see lots of good reviews so I don't know if this place is under new management or something, or if these guys just saw a confused young man and decided to scare and fleece him for everything they could get away with. Either way - avoid this company.
Response from Sender carries the sentiment that they 'squeezed him in at the end of the day out of the goodness of their hearts' when he had an appointment. The rear brakes were in awful shape and have since been fixed - for about the same amount these guys charged for sparkplugs.
