Almost destroyed my engine
Took my car here for an oil change and spark plug replacement. About 20 days later, my cars low oil light pops on. There was no puddle under my car which had been sitting for 2 days, so clearly there had been a slow leak. Upon checking the oil pan cap, I found it was so lose that I could have easily taken it off by hand. Contacted business, no response. Contacted business again through the BBB "sounds like a real concern, we will be reaching out." That was almost a month ago and no one has "reached out." Save your money and find a local honest mechanic.
