Service Department
I took my vehicle in to be repaired because it had a problem with the ignition system acting up.Bradon the service manager did an outstanding job with addressing the problem.I will always return to have my vehicle serviced at this facility.And highly recommend this establishment to others.

In Good Hands
My repair was reasonably priced and my service there is exceptional but more importantly there was a customer traveling from out of town and stopped by for a repair. She felt comfortable to ask when the alone are they good?! Absolutely you’re in good hands was my response. I learned a lot about her and I told her a lot about Simotes and our history of how it came to be from when they were in Joliet til now along with my purchases and 5 star satisfaction with them. Not sure what happened with her repair but I know she felt confident in Simmotes and could trust she’s at the right place at the right time!

Knowledgeable and accommodating.

Simotes Great Service
My Buick Encore , was driving slow , had a smell and started to smoke. Took it to Simotes service Center in Minooka. Dillon the service manager explained and showed us what happened and fixed the problem. Now I don’t have to worry about it. Very friendly, I recommend them to anyone. They took care of the problem right away .Thank you so much for your fast service and caring.

Replace a fuel injector
Called for a quote to replace a fuel injector for a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country. Brandon was very knowledgeable and cordial. He was able to get it taken care of the same day. Excellent service. We will be coming back when we need service in the future.
