They diagnosed that the lifters were bad and they said they replaced them. He said they didn't. He took it back to them. It is making a knocking sound worse than before. They said they put a starter in for free and they charged him for it. The vehicle is still not working. He feels like he was compromised. They transferred his vehicle to another business that he did not authorize.
