We had a major oil leak on my 2011 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350 and dropped it off before going on vacation. The repair was completed while we were away, which was very convenient. After picking it up, we noticed another oil leak the same day and
we brought it back, and Jay addressed the issue right away and fixed it without any problems. Turns out because of the extreme frigid temps the oil cooler cracked. We appreciate that Jay and Andrew honored their work and made things right. Overall, solid service and good follow-through. We will service all of our vehicles with Salvio in the future.
