Had my 2011 Ford Edge towed by them today. Was a little apprehensive about not having it towed on a flatbed. However, the gentleman who showed up did an awesome job explaining everything he was going to do step by step. Took his time to answer my questions and made it clear he's probably been doing this for a while. I appreciated being treated like I wasn't just another broken down car to tow. This guy definitly gave a damn about the quality of his work. Hopefully I won't need a tow in the future. But if I do I definitely won't go anywhere else.
