Customer service is front and center when entering a business. We as consumers expect a welcoming atmosphere. Going forward, after speaking with the manager , I feel very confident that upon entering this service department again that it will be a much better experience. Worst customer service at this dealership in the service department. I gave two stars because I got my car back at the time promised.
