5 moths to fix my car
They took 5 months to fix my car. They damaged a separate part of my engine while trying to do the fix. This place is the worst. Do not go here.

Recall work
I brought my Veracruz in for two recall notices. Appointments were booked out two and a half months, but since Covid, I suppose that's normal. Staff was very friendly, from the man checking in my car, to the employee welcoming me into the facility, and the service provider behind the counter. The facility is dismal and drab and rundown looking. No amenities for the wait, only one chair to sit on, but again, the staff was cheery and pleasant. They were able to do one recall job, but couldn't diagnose why my airbag light was staying on. They said they could replace the airbag mechanism for $1500. No thanks! I hope my airbag will open when it's supposed to! Glad to hear they are moving to new facilities - the employees deserve a fresher place to work!

My first experience was titled 'Long Wait'. I now feel that upper management is working to fix the problem I had. One of the problems was that I should have been offered a loaner car but was not. Upper manage has offered to reimburse me for the rental car I had to rent. I will give them another chance on my next repair.

Appreciate Your Making.Things Right
I was unable to obtain an appointment until late May for an oil change. I ended up experiencing a flat (my vehicle has no spare) and had to walk in for assistance. Understandably, I had to wait while those who had appointments were assisted. That was fine. Dominic, Ashna, and Jerry are awesome and professional despite some rude clients. Appreciate you all~!

This checkup was not a good experience.
High cost of repairs is one thing. But to not have a way to inquire about repairs needed is another thing. I have brought my car in every 3 months for almost the first 4 years Now I bring it in every 6 month. But the intersection between customer and completion has been getting really sloppy.
