Excellent!!!
Short version: incredible service. Extremely clear and helpful throughout. Honest, good people.

After quite a bit of online research I decided to give Evert Automotive a try, and upon my first phone call I knew I'd found a great shop. They're a small, close knit team that makes you feel very cared for every step of the way. Of note, their estimate came below two other shops I'd visited, and the repair was quite fast. Even so, the shop had a cozy waiting space (with coffee!). As I waited they updated me on the status of the repair, which I appreciated as well.

Trust Evert Automotive to give you excellent, professional service with a generous touch of genuine care. They will be my main shop for future car needs. Thank you!!

"Ever"t Dependable
We have been bringing our vehicles to Evert Automotive since we moved to Elk Grove. We have even followed them as our automotive maintenance provider when they moved to Sacramento. Rhonda, her daughter, and the mechanics at Evert Automotive have always provided us with dependable, quality service for many years. Outstanding customer service, knowledgeable mechanics and staff, concerned with your safety
Had an unexpected repair situation with severe cost limitations. Spoke with Rhonda and Sarah and they offered excellent advice. Towed the vehicle in, within 24 hours they'd diagnosed the problem, called to explain, and we agreed on the repairs. It was ready within a day. Upon pickup all repairs and concerns were explained to me, but I had a running vehicle, which I badly needed, and cost was within my allotted budget. After 5 years of problems, it purrs like a kitten. :-) They are now my go-to auto shop and mechanics for future repair needs. I highly recommend them to someone who needs an honest shop with excellent automotive knowledge and mechanics.

Second Opinion
Came in for a second opinion on some repairs. They looked at my vehicle for about 30 minutes, and came to a similar assessment…but at half the original estimate cost. They did not try to push any work to be done.

The staff was super friendly and pleasant to work with.

Always professional and friendly
I went in today with my daughter to have her vehicle checked out. We have been going to Evert auto for years, and always feel comfortable and confident in their extensive knowledge, and ability to diagnose any issue. They always get it repaired, and at a reasonable rate, so our vehicles are safe and reliable again. Another satisfying experience!
