Amazing
Such a warm atmosphere the moment I stepped outta my car… office staff was so friendly , kind and very helpful to my needs. I believe Mr Russell operating in his calling to service people his kindness speaks the love of God. The concern's that I had with my car was met in a timely manner as well, yes I will be back in the near future.

Excellent Service!
I called Russels's Mechanic and spoke with Michael. He called me back immediately and gave me an estimate on how much it would cost to have my vehicle repaired, which was a good price. After pulling the transmission to repair a throw out baron and clutch plate, he saw the clutch cable and flywheel needed to be fixed. He kept me updated on everything he needed to replace to repair my car properly. I was surprised how quickly he started and finished my car! He's very friendly and treats your vehicle like it was his own! I highly recommend Russell's and finally found a mechanic that I trust!! My car runs great and I'm one happy customer!!

Exceptional service
I was very impressed with my experience at Russels. They told me they would diagnose the issue with the air conditioner and call me for approval before they repaired anything. Within a few days they called and let me know what needed to be repaired and the total cost associated with this repair. I approved the repairs and they called the next day to let me know it was repaired and ready to be picked up. I would recommend Russell's simply because I felt they were honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Always reliable
In my opinion, the most important part of finding a mechanic is finding one who is honest. I know that I don’t have to worry about that when I go to Russell’s Auto. Always honest and up front. Always reliable. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
