There was a delay in service completion due to a complication with the sensor. The owner kept me updated, coming out from the shop periodically to explain the issue. I appreciated this, along with them continuing to work on my vehicle until the issue was resolved.
During the several hours I was there, I noticed how busy they were. Customer after customer, you could tell the company had a reputable and trustworthy reputation. They greeted folks by name and based on interactions, these were repeat clients. The owner, mechanic, and desk attendant were super pleasant and professional. Every incoming call was answered and every customer was treated professionally.
I believe my final cost was fair and it didn’t “break the bank”. This was my first visit and it won’t be my last for any future vehicle service needs.
