Great. Service
Even though I had booked my appt online a week before, when I arrived, my appt was not on the book. No problem, they got me in and did the oilchange and tire rotation in a quickly manner. This will be my go to place for maintenance on my vehicle.

Brought my 2022 Ford Edge in for a 100,000 service. They were honest enough to just recommend an oil change and tire rotation at this time. They did a full check and found nothing else that needs to be serviced at this time. I will keep coming back!

Oil change
I've yet to call and the person on the other end of the phone be pleasant. They don't even know how to do a proper tire rotation. When I told them they just moved the tires from one side to the other rather than move the front to the back and then switch the tires to the other side. They informed me if I wanted something specific I should have told them. They went on to tell to bring it back. Of course I drove it back over right away, upon arrival she let the mechanic go to lunch and told me to come back in an hour. After my third arrival she was outside cleaning a car, saw me, and said nothing.
