Been a long standing customer or so I thought until this morning when I dropped off my car which beforehand I knew I would have to leave since I didn't have an appointment. A mechanic was the only one there and apparently he had a bad weekend or Mondays are just not his thing. He became agitated with another elderly customer before me and so the attitude left over was directed at me, and was very rude about making a point of having to leave it, even after acknowledging to him I knew I was to leave it. Duh. This place has more so gone downhill since Cynthia left. Mechanics should stay in the back and repair and leave the customer service to the ladies up front.
