Need Better Management Training
Been a long standing customer or so I thought until this morning when I dropped off my car which beforehand I knew I would have to leave since I didn't have an appointment. A mechanic was the only one there and apparently he had a bad weekend or Mondays are just not his thing. He became agitated with another elderly customer before me and so the attitude left over was directed at me, and was very rude about making a point of having to leave it, even after acknowledging to him I knew I was to leave it. Duh. This place has more so gone downhill since Cynthia left. Mechanics should stay in the back and repair and leave the customer service to the ladies up front.

Treated like a dog
Place is a joke if you are any other race besides white don’t go. I was given a quote only to be yelled at and cursed out like a dog. A scholarship was paying to help me get my car fixed and I was waiting on paperwork for over a week just to be told they weren’t going to help me. The manager yelled and cursed me through the phone and hung up on me. So they don’t care about blacks or students and based on other reviews your car neither stay away from this place

2nd Visit Not Resolved
I brought my car back because I was told they needed more time to resolve the problem. Shortly after dropping my car off I got a call saying my cars computer was NOT working at all and needed to be rewired. I immediately called the company that installed my keyless start to see if these repairs would conflict. About an hour later Roy's called me back and told me they would not fix the car and I should take it to the installer of the keyless start. When I finally got my car to the installer, a Stereo and Sound shop, they confirmed that it was only the Tire Sensor Port not working, researched, called necessary support and reprogrammed in under an hour.
