Issues with my car since day 1
Since I have purchased my car, I have had nonstop issues with it burning oil. I have maintained my car, always kept up with routine oil changes, come in to do as they have requested and it continues to have many issues. I have changed the parts they said it was, fixed anything that they said needed to be fixed, put in money that I needed to put in even though it should be on them and it continues to have issues, of course I am passed my warranty now since I have purchased it, and the issues that I have had since day one I continue to have and the car continues to get worse and worse. I owe too much money to trade in the car because it was secondhand. I cannot do the lemon law as they have informed me. This is by far the worst car I have ever owned and the fact that nothing is getting done about it is not acceptable. I will never purchase another Hyundai and I will probably never come here again to purchase another vehicle.

Wrong size tires
Royal Hyundai put the wrong size tires on my fathers car. Steve Harris the dealership owner said “ buy new ones and we install for free” No No Steve ….. that’s not gonna work.
Buyer beware. Steve doesn’t take and responsibility for mistakes made within his business.

Great experience
I was not able to make my first two appointments because of work issues and they worked with me. I had one repair and a few recalls done. Great service and did an amazing job. I will be using you again in the future!!

Honest, Genuine, and Accommodating
2021's inventory shortage created what seemed like a rat race to find a car that wasn't pre-sold, you could actually test drive, test drive other cars in it's class and hope to god it doesn't get sold by the time you make your decision. Once I knew what I needed I found one at Royal Hyundai of Oneonta. Brooke T., Joe D., and Scott T. were all extremely helpful and accommodating. At no point did I feel pressured or being taken advantage of which unfortunately is rare these days. Thank you so much for making the process so easy and pain free when living an hour away. I am a very good judge of character and this place is where you should conduct your business with. I cannot stress it enough.

Excellent service
Had a problem. Called for an appointment. Was told the earliest they could get me in was in 2 weeks but if I brought it in today and left it, they would try to squeeze me in on Monday, Brought it in at noon. They called me at 3:00. Problem was fixed and car was ready. Excellent service. This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond for me. Thank you Dustin.
