When you bring in your vehicle for service and they tell you that it'll be a short way don't believe them!
I pulled up, I had no appointment I asked if they would be able to do my 15,000 mile checkup they said sure no problem. It wasn't busy at all. I it was 1:00 I told them I needed my vehicle by 3:00. I watched customers coming after me get
serviced and leave I still sat there waiting. My car was put on a lift at 1:30 there's cameras so now you can see your vehicle they didn't touch it till 3:00 when I told them I needed my car and wanted it back. Needless to say I don't think they completed the vehicle they probably didn't even change the oil most unsatisfied I asked for a manager he wasn't working that day . The service department has no problem on wasting people's time. It's the worst service department I've ever encountered. I understand now why my neighbors go to coastal to buy their vehicles and have them serviced. I can't say they didn't warn me.
