Issue with my window tent
I will start off by saying I have always loved Vero Beach Hyundai, I literally live around 35 to 40 minutes away from this dealership. I purchased my vehicle from them and they have always been amazing, and yes the service department is amazing. By today for the first time I had an issue, my car was there for over a month and yes they were amazing, I was in a loaner car. Today I picked up my car, they pulled a car around, and I noticed I stayed to my daughter “that’s not my car the windows are tinted. Because my car has dark tinted windows. Well turns out it was my car. But, something just didn’t look right. As I’m driving home i roll the window down. That’s when I noticed the dark black rim around the top of my window, then I rolled the other windows down and noticed the same thing. So, I called the dealership they ask if I can bring the car back. When I get the apparently the owners daughter proceeds to show me pictures of my car when I brought it in, I show her the picture of the how the window looks inside with the faded tint that has a black rim. Yes, I’m angry any one else would be in my situation. I ask to speak to someone higher up, the woman whom had been showing me the pictures stated to me and I quote “ The is no one higher up I’m the owners daughter “ . I honestly didn’t care whose daughter you were. I just wanted someone to check on on maybe was there anyway someone there wash the inside of my windows with some sort of chemical which caused the fading of the tent but instead of that, I got the reaction of I’m the owners daughter there’s no one else here to speak to higher. Something in life are about principal and also you never know what kind of company you’re dealing with until you end up until there’s an issue. But I do want to think the service department who is always been great, but I’m just not sure that I’ll ever come back there or ever recommend you again not because I don’t like your dealership, because of the fact that nobody would even look into the fact that maybe they did something that could’ve caused that yet go ask the owners daughter

Demonstrated what real service means
I had a cover underneath the vehicle come loose and hanging very low, which could get snagged and cause much damage. I also had to leave for West Coast in 3 days, needing the vehicle in safe shape. My Hyundai dealer of purchase (Napleton West Palm) refused to assist me, said they were booked up, would be at least a week or more. That being unacceptable, and not wanting to go to an independent garage due to warrantee, I called Rt 60 Hyundai and spoke to Rhett in Service. After listening to my problem, and also being booked solid, he told me to bring the vehicle in first thing in the morning, before the day's schedule started, and they would handle the problem for me. Rhett informed me it was fixed, and indeed could have got worse. Rt 60 Hyundai demonstrated what real service means, and they now have a future customer for all my needs! Highly Recommend!!!

Best Dealership I've Ever Dealt With
Efficient, professional and welcoming are just a fe of the adjectives that come to mind with I tell people about Route 60 Hyundai. It's a 60 mile drive for me to get to them, but I will choose to do business with this dealership every time I buy a new car or have my current Hyundai serviced.

Routine service
Scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Got to dealership 10 minutes before appointment and was registered in 2 minutes. Took a seat and within a few minutes was told of a recent recall and said if it was okay, they would do it right away. Everything done including a car was in 55 minutes. Loved not having to reschedule another appointment for the recall. Great people and service!
