If I could give this place a 0, I would. First of all, the customer service is HORRIBLE. I had an issue with my car and something regarding my water pump last summer 2022. I had got my car towed to this Goodyear, and it is something that I will regret forever. I only took it to this place because the guy who picked my car up said it would be 20% off. The guy at the front desk was a black guy named Travis or Chris (I can't remember), who took care of my car, had the nastiest attitude ever, and stated that he was the manager. I received a call stating that my car would cost 3500. I was so upset because I did not understand why it had to cost that much. When I got there, I asked about the 20%, and he got upset, threatening the guy on the phone that he was not supposed to say that and that it was 10%, and would take it out of his check. I can't believe he did that in front of me and my mom. Also, someone else stated that it was 15%, and he still did not say anything and was rude to me and my mom. The guy was pure evil, but I wanted my car, so I just paid for it, and it was 2700 with the 20%. Two months later, my engine light came on, and my car was acting funny, and I took my car to Belle Tire, and they stated that my car had all of these issues that they were supposed to fix at Goodyear. I took the car to my uncle's shop, and he and his team stated that they did not complete the job correctly and that I was overcharged. When we went up there, the same guy, either Travis or Chris, tried to argue with us. A white man, I can't remember his name, also stated that he was a manager and was saying that it was supposed to cost this much because of a part. However, my uncle felt that they scammed me out of my money and did not do the job correctly, and I could have gotten injured. I did have a warranty on the work they did, but I did not feel comfortable with them fixing it. However, I was desperate and needed my car fixed, so they fixed it and threw in some tires (which I feel I was scammed with that). I never received any money back. I wanted to contact the news regarding this place because they are horrible. I am upset that I went through this, and it was traumatizing and took a lot of my time trying to figure out what was wrong after 2700 for a water pump issue. I wish I got my money back, but I did not want to deal with them anymore. I felt like they tried to get over on me because I was a woman, and they tried to intimidate me. Horrible people there. Don't trust them. Take your car somewhere else. Shut this place down!
