Engines burn oil, do your research please!
Buyer beware, there are multiple class action lawsuits again Hyundai due to faulty engines. Please do your research prior to buying a Hyundai or Kia. I purchased the monthly maintenance package along with my vehicle. I’ve had to take my Tucson into the service center due to a check engine light 5 times this year alone. The service center is terrible at responding to calls. After being told my car was likely burning oil, I was asked to drive my car for 1000 miles “just to make sure.” I was hesitant but did as told and brought my vehicle back in, confirming it was in fact burning oil. Tom in the service center advised paperwork would be submitted for engine replacement and they would call back with updates. It was been over a month and I have had no updates. When calling, the receptionist is very rude, ETA on the engine replacement cannot be provided. They will not provide a rental car and they have no urgency to resolve this issue. I will never buy a Hyundai again.

Excellent Sales Experience
My salesman Mike Becker was the reason I ultimately chose to purchase my new Tucson From Rosen Hyundai in Algonquin. He not only gave me the best price of three dealerships but his honest and upbeat sales practice made my experience of making this major purchase a comfortable one. He promised me I would live my new car and he was right. The electronic options were intimidating to me at first but with the help of Mike and Jennifer I'm loving all of the features. I have already recommended Mr. Becker and Rosen Hyundai to my friends and family.

Poor customer service
They don’t care about their customers. The paint on my roof and hood of my car began chipping about a year ago and even more a few months ago. I had HUGE gray spots on my car. It looked terrible. I took it back to the dealership and one of the lady’s that was working in service was very rude and told me “we already looked at your car, Jeff is going to call you”. This was my first time here and she thought I was someone else. So obviously there were more white Hyundai Elantras coming in for the same problem. Rosen only paid 75% of the paint job and on top of this they wouldn’t provide a car because they didn’t have any “due to the pandemic”. The paint job took 9 days and I didn’t have a car the entire time. Very unsatisfied with their customer service and I don’t recommend buying a car from them. They don’t take care of their customers.

I live 5 minutes from another Hyundai dealership, but drive 45 miles top get there. I trust them. Very comfortable environment.

Rosen Hyundai keeps my vehicle running great
Everything goes well with my service visits to Rosen Hyundai. Problems are diagnosed and dealt with in a timely manner. If the service requires multiple hours they provide a ride home and a return ride when it’s time to pick up the vehicle. Very pleased that I can take my vehicle to a place I can trust.
