Bad Experience After years of business.
We had our car towed to Roggi’s after it broke down without even thinking about it. We’ve had years of great trust worthy service on both of our autos but this was not one of them. Paul the owner was on vacation and the chief mechanic was being treated for an illness so we anticipated less than the usual follow-up and service but this exceeded even that. Not one update initiated by Roggis and unfortunately on Paul’s return only small progress was made and that was only when we called to push things along. We are now going on over 3 weeks and the car is still not back. Who can leave their car for that long? Today we have finally given up and will request the car be returned and we will find another service center. Very disappointed.
